Privacy notice

Effective October 26, 2026

This notice covers the temory website and its waitlist. It does not cover the temory product, which runs on your own computer and does not send your team's data to us.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist: your email address and the answers you choose to give (company, team size, role, the coding agent you use, the tools your team uses, and the problem you describe).
When you visit the page: the time, the page or campaign link that sent you (for example ?ref= or utm_ tags), the referring page, your browser's time zone and language, your screen width, how long you stayed, how far you scrolled, which sections you saw, and whether you clicked "Join the waitlist" or started the form.

We do not collect your name, IP address or precise location, and we do not use advertising trackers.

Why we collect it

To send you early access and setup instructions for temory.
To decide which tools and roles to support first.
To understand which channels bring visitors and which parts of the page are useful.

Cookies and browser storage

We do not set cookies. We store one small value in your browser's local storage to tell whether you have visited before. You can clear it by clearing this site's data in your browser.

Who processes it

Waitlist answers and visit records are stored in a Google Sheet through Google Apps Script. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. Google processes this data on our behalf under its own terms. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it with anyone else.

How long we keep it

We keep waitlist answers until temory's early access is over or until you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first. We keep visit records for up to 12 months.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing temoryai@gmail.com. We will reply within 30 days.
Every email we send includes a way to stop receiving them.
We do not respond differently to browser "Do Not Track" signals, because we do not track you across other sites.

Children

temory is for professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes

If we change this notice, we will update the date above. If a change affects how we use information you already gave us, we will tell you by email first.
